1. Return and Exchange Policy (Refunds & Cancellations)
Since event services involve reserving dates and resources, we operate on a structured cancellation schedule.

Cancellations: * Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to pre-allocated staffing and equipment.

Exchanges/Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their event date once, subject to availability, at no extra cost if requested at least 10 days prior.

Service Satisfaction: If a specific service (e.g., a performer or equipment) does not meet the agreed-upon standards, StarGold must be notified during the event to allow for immediate rectification or partial credit.

2. Warranty & Service Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our entertainment and party services.

Service Quality: StarGold guarantees that all entertainers and event staff are qualified and will perform the agreed-upon duties professionally.

Equipment: All rental equipment (sound systems, lights, decor) is inspected before delivery. If a technical failure occurs during your event due to equipment malfunction, we will provide a pro-rated refund for that specific item.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party venues, extreme weather for outdoor events, or client-provided equipment.

3. Delivery & Setup Policy
We ensure your event is ready to shine on time.

Service Area: We provide delivery and setup services across Dubai, including Business Bay and surrounding Emirates (additional travel fees may apply for outside Dubai).

Timelines: Our team will arrive at the venue at least 1–3 hours before the event start time (depending on the scale) to ensure everything is functional.

Access Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring the Ontario Tower (or chosen venue) provides necessary access, permits, and power sources for the setup.

Post-Event Pickup: All rental items will be dismantled and collected immediately following the conclusion of the event unless otherwise agreed.
